All About Me
Hello! My name is Debbie Isaac. I am VERY excited about teaching 5th grade math, social studies, and science at Level Creek Elementary this year!
My husband, Jake and I, have been married for 14 years. We have two amazing children, Lauren and Nathan. In the fall, Lauren will be in 7th grade at NGMS and Nathan will be a 5th grader here at LCE. I am proud to be a part of the North Gwinnett community!
I earned my BS in Elementary Education from Presbyterian College and my MEd from Mercer University in Atlanta. Before having children, I taught 5 years in DeKalb County. I have worked as a substitute teacher at LCE for the past 5 years. I am very excited about re-entering the teaching profession and look forward to sharing my passion with your children.
When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with family. My hobbies include: playing tennis, reading, traveling and hiking. I love anything that involves the Great Outdoors!
I treat students the way I want my own children to be treated at school. My goal is to challenge your child academically, help your child to grow emotionally, and encourage respect and responsibility.
We are going to have a fantastic year in 5th grade!
